 JOB SCRIPTION:
1、Making note for meeting Records ,reports ,documents .
撰写公司会议记录、相关报告、文件.
2、Arrange the schedule of the art director ,make appointment ,arrange business activity.
规划艺术总监的日程安排，做好预约工作、安排商务活动；
3、Communicate with each department in the company .
关注公司内各部门信息沟通情况；
4、flexible hours on weekend ,sometimes need work in different locations to follow the projects ，need have drive license .
可接受周末有时候加班，有时需要出差到别的地方跟进项目，要有驾驶证。
5、Complete other work assigned by art director 
完成艺术总监交办的其他工作。 
Job requirement：
1. Prefer have experience for assistant ；有助理工作经验者优先
2. Has the strong organization, coordination, communication skills, excellent interpersonal and social activity ability;
有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力，出色的人际交往和社会活动能力；
3.work hard and careful ,have good professionalism and professional responsibility  
 工作认真细致，具备良好的职业素养和职业操守；
4. With fluent English speaking and writing 
英语读写口语流利。
